Travis announced on his Twitter page that he will be transferring to Kentucky.

Travis was arguably the biggest college free agent this season, so his decision to go to Kentucky is a big win for the Wildcats and coach John Calipari. Last season at Stanford, he averaged 19.5 points and 8.7 rebounds, both good enough for third in the conference and earned him a spot on the all-conference first team. As a graduate senior transfer, he will be eligible to play immediately and will serve as a veteran presence on a Kentucky squad that features a plethora of talented freshman and sophomores.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Travis has withdrawn from the 2018 NBA Draft and will seek to be a graduate transfer, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.

Travis is coming off a great season for the Cardinal when he averaged 19.5 points and 8.7 rebounds, both of which were good enough for third in the Pac-12 and got him named to the First Team All-Pac-12. While early reports has speculated that he will transfer to Kentucky, per Yahoo's Jordan Schultz, nothing definitive has yet to come out on his destination. No matter where he goes, his status as a graduate transfer will allow him to play immediately, putting a lot of attention on where he decides to play.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Travis is declaring for the 2018 NBA Draft but will not hire an agent, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.

Stanford could be losing its best big man and arguably its best overall player if Travis opts to stay in the draft. Travis averaged 19.5 points and 8.7 rebounds in 2017-18 and started every game over the past two seasons. He'll have the opportunity to go to the NBA Combine and get feedback from the league before making his final decision on whether to stay in the draft or return to Stanford for his final season.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Travis had a double-double Thursday against Utah, posting 16 points, 10 rebounds, and one assist over 31 minutes.

The senior big man was once again one of the few bright spots for the Cardinal as he recorded his seventh double-double of the year. Travis averages 17.2 points and 8.5 rebounds against PAC-12 opponents, making him one of the most productive players in the conference on a nightly basis. He and the Cardinal will resume play Sunday against Colorado.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Travis picked up a double-double of 20 points (8-14 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 4-8 FT), 10 rebounds, and one assist in Saturday's close loss to Arizona.

Travis nearly led his team to victory with his team-high 20-point effort, but they fell short in the end. Look for Travis to have another shot at a big game against USC on Wednesday.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Travis scored 18 points (7-16 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 1-5 FT) to go along with 10 rebounds, three assists, and a block in Wednesday's win over Arizona State.

Travis was the leader on the glass for the Cardinal, as the senior set the tone for a team that outrebounded Arizona State 44-30. Stanford loves to feed their 6-8 big man, so Travis' combination of scoring and rebounding potential should make him a valuable fantasy asset moving forward.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Travis exploded for 29 points (11-18 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 5-6 FT) and eight rebounds in 33 minutes of play during Sunday's win over San Francisco.

Travis continued his hot streak Sunday, scoring more than 20 points for the fifth straight game. The junior guard has been a top option at his position this year, and will look to continue that trend Thursday against Kansas.

December 16, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Travis tied a game high with 20 points (8-11 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 3-6 FT) and added two rebounds, two assists, and a steal in the win over Denver on Friday.

Travis notched his ninth game scoring at least 20 points. He had 10 such games all of last season. The junior's 21.5 points per game trails only Allonzo Trier for the title as Pac 12 leading scorer. Travis' rebounding numbers have dropped off from last season, but he has become a better free-throw shooter and is getting to the line more than last year. San Francisco should provide little resistance to Travis in the game on Sunday.
